
Stroudsburg, PA – Multi-Vehicle Crash with Entrapment on I-80 EB near MM 306.7


Stroudsburg, PA (October 10, 2025) – A serious multi-vehicle collision involving two tractor-trailers and a pickup truck was reported on Thursday afternoon, October 9, on eastbound Interstate 80 near mile marker 306.7, according to local reports from Matt’s News Alerts.
State police, EMS, and fire crews responded to the scene at about 1:37 p.m. after receiving reports of entrapment. The crash involved a tractor-trailer rear-ending a pickup, which was then pushed into a second tractor-trailer.
Rescue teams used extrication tools to free individuals trapped in the vehicles. At least one person was injured and transported to a nearby hospital, though the extent of the injuries has not been confirmed.
Due to the severity of the collision and rescue operations, traffic in the area was heavily affected, with delays expected until the scene is cleared.
