San Francisco, CA – Injury Two-Vehicle Crash on I-80 W/Treasure Island On-Ramp

San Francisco, CA (October 6, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash on Interstate 80 West near the Treasure Island on-ramp left multiple people injured on Monday afternoon, October 6. According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 2:30 p.m. when two cars collided in the westbound lanes, causing significant front-end damage to both vehicles.

CHP and San Francisco Fire Department personnel arrived at the scene to assist victims and manage traffic flow. Several injured individuals were treated at the scene, and at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital for further medical attention. Authorities temporarily closed one lane to clear debris and tow the damaged vehicles. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
