
Oakland, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash on I-80 E/Carlson Blvd. Off-Ramp Leaves Injuries


Oakland, CA (September 22, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision caused injuries on Monday afternoon, September 22, on Interstate 80 eastbound at the Carlson Boulevard off-ramp. The crash involved a white work truck and a white sedan, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The accident occurred shortly before 3:45 p.m. and left both vehicles with moderate damage.
CHP officers, along with paramedics, responded to the scene and assisted multiple people who sustained accident-related injuries. At least one individual was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, while others were checked at the site for less severe injuries. The crash temporarily slowed traffic as crews worked to clear debris and tow the damaged vehicles. Authorities are investigating what may have caused the impact.
