Pocono Twp., PA – Injury Crash on I-80 EB at MM 297.8

Pocono Township, PA (October 17, 2025) – A vehicle collision involving injuries was reported on Wednesday, October 15, on the eastbound Interstate 80 near mile marker 297.8 in Pocono Township. The Pennsylvania State Police and EMS units (including EMS 923) responded to the scene, arriving around 9:13 p.m. after being dispatched at 9:06 p.m.

Authorities confirmed that at least one person was injured in the crash. Paramedics evaluated the individual(s) on-site and arranged for transport to a local hospital. The extent of the injuries has not yet been made public. Investigators have not confirmed how many vehicles were involved or what caused the collision.
