Omaha, NE – Car Crash Ends in Injuries on I-80 near S 96th St

Omaha, NE (August 23, 2025) – Omaha Fire and Rescue responded on Wednesday night, August 20, to a personal injury accident on westbound Interstate 80 near South 96th Street. The crash occurred around 9:07 p.m., involving at least one vehicle and resulting in confirmed injuries.

Engine 61 and Medic 61 were dispatched to the scene to provide medical care and secure the area.
